Increasing your limits is usually a matter of providing additional account verifications which is quick and easy.

During account registration , you will be given the option to provide an additional verification of your identity, by uploading a clear, legible, valid and unaltered scanned colour copy or photo of one of the following documents:

• The front and back of your driving license
• The photo page of your passport
• Front and back of your national ID card
• Address verification document
• Face match/selfie picture of you

The law requires that we verify your account by asking who you are and where you live.

In most cases, when all the documents are in order and we can approve them right away, verification takes up to 24 hours or less. Please create a support ticket if you have questions about your verification process.

It's easy to add funds to your Bitzuri account via bank wire transfer. This deposit option is available for all countries, while our banking network enables you to make local bank transfers without incurring cross border charges.

In order to upload funds via bank transfer, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Deposit section of your Bitzuri  account and then on Fiat Currency.  You will be presented with the option to choose the currency of the transaction.  Below the page you will see the bank details that you need to use. Please note the reference (User ID) in the respective field of the transaction.

Local and international bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
